Job Description
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
You will assess the current state identify customer requirements and define the future state and or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather and synthesize information.
You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required.
Advanced proficiency in Unix is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis Oracle Agile PLM and Agile Business Analysis is suggested.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
Develop detailed documentation to support process improvements and technology integration.
Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision making.
Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding and communication.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as Business Analyst
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Unix and SQL/Oracle
HS Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates Degree
Banking experience
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington.
